We made it! After months of slowing down, watching the storms pass, staying cozy and integrating deep reflection.. now is the time to enjoy the renewal that comes with spring. You can see the signs everywhere - our hills are green again, deciduous trees are getting their baby leaves, and the wildflowers are thriving! As the sun brings a warmth and light we have all been craving, now is the time to step out, take a deep breath, and say goodbye to that winter depression.
