As we get out of Spring, the weeks are hotter and we start to get busy. This is the season where spring’s ideas turn into action. The energy is active and bold... inviting us to do, create, and connect. It’s a time to embrace what’s blooming and take aligned steps forward. But with fire comes the need for balance. Through ritual and rest, summer becomes a season of empowered growth, not exhaustion. So as these next few weeks bring on the official transition into our summer season, I invite you to be mindful of your schedule, hydration, and the way you start to move.
